PTO, Sick/Personal time (3 days per year prorated first year depending on start date) Paid Holidays ( New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day) Retirement Account, Health, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability, Bereavement Leave, Quarterly Safety Bonus, $1250 minimum pay ( must be available for full dispatch 5 days a week and start before 5am unless load dictates start time). We provide Flame resistant uniforms and $200 per year for safety toed non slip boots.
- You will receive 48 PTO hours once your training period has ended, and is pro-rated according to your hire date for the first year. All PTO runs on a calendar year (except 1st year).
- On January 1 after your training period, you will be allotted 80 hours PTO, which you will receive in a lump sum.
- Up to 40 hours PTO can be carried over to the following year.
The first of the month following 30 days of employment
Drivers are paid 27% of the truck revenue the driver brings in, weekly. All fuel surcharges are kept for operating costs. We current have one customer that does not accept fuel surcharge in their rates. This is the Dept of Defense, so we include it in the rates. For these loads the driver is paid 24%.

Depends what area the driver is running out of. Transmark will decide this on an efficiency basis. If it makes sense then yes. If it is out of route then no.
New Year’s, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas
Rain is no problem, we work in the rain. Hurricanes can slow us down but only for the day or two that the wind and rain are together. Bottom line is that we don’t have a down time because of the weather. We are in motion constantly.
We still want to interview all candidates that qualify and do not have hazmat. In Wilson we are asking that they get the hazmat endorsement before a formal job offer is made post-interview. All other locations are hiring regardless of endorsements if the interview and test drive are a success.
We unload. The driver is trained to both load and unload the tanker.
Our tankers are reused to haul similar products after each delivery. They are emptied but not cleaned out.
